Hurricane Katrina Effort
Supreme Industries believes in a civic and humanistic approach to business in a time of national crisis.
In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina met land on the north-central Gulf Coast with torrential rains and high winds. The result was the costliest and one of the five deadliest hurricanes in United States history. The hurricane caused catastrophic damage to infrastructure and would test the resolve of the American people.
The weeks and months following the storm posed a great challenge in the recovery and rebuilding process. In 2006 Supreme Industries mobilized efforts to New Orleans, LA to help with the disaster recovery process of Hurricane Katrina.
