Project Highlights:
10-acre site, with very poor draining material. Town required that no material leave the site. Aggressive schedule, project started January 1999, store opened October 1999.

• 80,000 cy cuts and fills
• 16,000 sf of segmented retaining walls
• 7,000 sf of Double Wall retaining wall system ( requiring 20’ cut with soldier piling & lagging to support Narrison Road)
• Excavation and back fill for 110,000 sf building foot print
• Complete on site septic system including 10,000 cy of imported septic fill. System was designed, inspected and approved by Fuss and O’Neill, Inc.
• Install sewer pumping station with 5,000 gal concrete holding chamber.
• Install 1,600 lf of 8” ductile iron water main.
• 6,000 lf of various ADS drainage.
